Anger – by Kind Communication

Simply put, anger is the result of an unmet need combined with a mental judgment that things “should” be different in some way. Letting go of this “should” judgment frees us up to reconnect with our unmet needs, and make more honest and empathetic requests for help. However, before we disregard anger and should judgments as “bad” behavior, let’s remember that all actions are attempts to meet needs, and that includes making judgments and getting angry.

KindCommunication.org is a project by a close friend of Wiki World Order, Alex Leach. WWO fully supports the study, practice, and teaching of non-violent communication as one of the core solutions which already exists.
